Throughout Sean’s career, he has utilized a natural ability to lead and a ceaseless thirst for knowledge and progress to succeed in multiple niches. Over the past 5 years, Sean has closed over $150 million in transaction volume. He has worked closely with many types of investors, including long time property owners transitioning out of multi-family, newer investors that are growing their portfolio, institutions, and syndicators. Sean won the 2020 DMCAR Heavy Hitter award for Top Young Broker recognizing him as the best in his field in the shortest amount of time.

In founding an Investment Real Estate company in 2012, he continuously increased yearly cash on cash returns for his clients and gained experience in property ownership and operation. Before brokerage, Sean was responsible for the management of 400+ rental properties, of which he maintained over 95% economic occupancy rate. The resulting knowledge plus an analytical mindset and the capacity to relate to others’ needs has afforded him valuable insight into what it takes to maximize ROI for investors. With the management background, he gained experience and training in fair housing, eviction, real estate law, property ownership rights, real estate contracts, and financing.

Sean has always believed in pushing himself out of his comfort zone to grow both personally and professionally. He’s continually expanding his knowledge base and experience through research and striving toward new goals. He is a big believer in sharing the knowledge he has acquired and is active in teaching and training those around him.

In Sean’s free time he loves to spend time with his family, dogs and enjoy all the great outdoors that Colorado has to offer.
