Mike Marrara joined Capstone in 2020 and oversees our multi-housing sales in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is part of the Oklahoma team alongside David Dirkschneider. He has been involved in Real Estate since 1986, with a background in land surveying and land planning, as well as owning and growing his own businesses.
He entered the real estate brokerage world in 2010 when he joined a boutique multifamily brokerage in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Being with a small firm, he quickly learned all aspects of the multifamily business, from sales to management. With this singular focus on the multifamily segment, combined with his unique background, he was able to rapidly become an expert in the field. Mike has been instrumental in producing quarterly market surveys on the Tulsa apartment market. As a trusted multifamily expert, he often serves as a panelist and guest speaker at various industry events, including the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors Annual Commercial Market Update, where he shares his knowledge and forecast of the local apartment market. He has also been active in the local Realtor association and has served as an instructor for several continuing education classes.
Mike’s background, market knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail enabled him to build life-long relationships that have yielded repeat business. Both buyers and sellers are pleased with his high level of service and his down-to-earth approach to getting deals done. He has successfully transacted well over $500 million in properties of all sizes across all of Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, and Missouri.
Mike enjoys spending time reading, cars, cooking (well, not cooking, more like eating), and traveling with his wife to sunny destinations with beaches.
