Thomas prides himself on his possession of an unwavering work ethic, strong relationship building skills, and an acute understanding of the macroeconomic environment. His experience underwriting potential investment opportunities across a variety of asset classes and geographic markets, coupled with his understanding of multifamily investment cycles, allows him to provide exceptional value to his clientele.

Prior to joining the Capstone team, Thomas began his career with The Waller Group in Dallas, TX, specializing in the brokerage of class B and C value-add multifamily assets across South Texas markets. He also spent time interning with Trinity Real Estate Investments in Fort Worth while attending TCU. That experience awarded him a strong base of knowledge and experience across retail and industrial asset classes. One attribute Thomas prides himself on is his ability to emotionally connect with operators while also helping them meet their investment expectations and needs, leading to a long-term, transactional relationship. 

While out of the office, Thomas enjoys spending time in the gym and on the golf course, despite his below-average playing ability at the latter. Originally hailing from Princeton, NJ, Thomas is an avid supporter of the New Jersey Devils and enjoys attending the games with family and friends when he’s back up north. He’s naturally a massive TCU sports fan as well and loves taking the I35 due west to support his Horned Frogs.
