Director
Ryan Gorman started his commercial real estate career in 2016 and quickly established himself in the multifamily brokerage industry. Prior to joining Capstone Ryan was with Legacy Commercial Property Advisors. Before that, he was with McGraw Commercial Properties where he successfully closed over $500 million in transactions. With a client-centered approach, he has developed strong relationships with both local and national investors and specializes in identifying solid investment opportunities and locating off-market deals specific to the client’s investment needs. In addition to multifamily brokerage, Ryan actively works with developers in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Colorado leveraging his invaluable market and asset knowledge to help move the needle on new projects.
