Graduating from the University of Denver, Conor gained knowledge of commercial real estate by working as an intern in the University’s Facilities Management department. He worked on a team that oversaw an apartment portfolio, Greek houses, and the athletic facility. This allowed Conor to gain great information on the operations side of the business. After graduating, he went to work for Cornerstone Apartments, where he was a portfolio manager and achieved even more understanding of the operations and budgeting of apartment assets.

Conor is a driven and tenacious individual who strives for excellence in everything he does. After his experience in real estate, Conor is extremely excited to join Capstone Companies and embark upon the brokerage industry.

In Conor’s free time, he enjoys being out on the water, golfing, and skiing. He also loves to spend time with his three dogs going on hikes and other outdoor Colorado activities.
