OKLAHOMA — Capstone is pleased to announce the newest members of its sales team in Oklahoma: Ryan Gorman, who joins as a Director based in Tulsa, and Dominic Dangora, who takes on the role of Senior Advisor at Capstone’s Oklahoma City office.
Gorman, a seasoned professional in commercial real estate since 2016, brings a wealth of experience to Capstone’s sales team. His impressive career includes a successful tenure at Legacy Commercial Property Advisors and McGraw Commercial Properties, where he closed over $500 million in transactions. Known for his client-centered approach, Ryan has cultivated strong relationships with both local and national investors. Specializing in multifamily brokerage, he excels in identifying lucrative investment opportunities and securing off-market deals tailored to client needs. Beyond multifamily, Gorman actively collaborates with developers in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Colorado, leveraging his extensive market and asset knowledge to drive success in new projects.
Dangora, a Boston native, found his second home in Oklahoma during his service in the USAF. With 12 years of expertise in residential lending, he consistently ranked in the top 1% of originators nationwide. Dangora has financed and sold over $500M in assets throughout his career. His real estate journey encompasses strategic investments and business ventures, showcasing his ability to identify lucrative opportunities. Now focusing on Commercial Real Estate, particularly multifamily sales, he leverages his extensive experience to provide clients with a unique perspective and wealth of knowledge.
Capstone opened its two Oklahoma offices in 2021. The team has sold approximately 9,550 units throughout the South Central region and has brokered $728.5M+ in multifamily sales since it was established.
