Nathan was one of the original brokers who opened the Capstone Midwest office in 2016 and continues to play an instrumental role in the strong growth of both the office and the firm as a whole year after year. He originally began his multi-family brokerage career in 2012 and has gained extensive knowledge of the industry and established many strong relationships through working with various private equity, family office, high net-worth individuals, and institutional clients regarding all aspects of the property disposition and/or acquisition process on both the local and national stage.
Nathan is well-qualified to advise his clients on the highest yield acquisition and disposition strategies: from single investor properties to large institutional portfolios. With recent sales volume over $1B and transactions of nearly 20,000 units. Nathan has continued to impress with his relentless pursuit of maximizing the value of his client’s assets and achieving their investment goals.
Nathan graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Finance and Business Economics. He enjoys Cincinnati’s professional and collegiate sports, golfing, world travel, and spending time with his wife, Liz, and son, Max.
