Originally from Rochester, NY, Jake is a recent college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Xavier University. He started his career in student housing property management with FLYCO Management, where he demonstrated proficiency in market analysis and optimization of rental strategies. Using his relationship-building skills, he fostered positive relationships with Xavier board members and local investors, contributing to comprehensive market trend analysis in student and multifamily housing.

As an Ambassador to the Center for Innovation and Sedler Center for Experiential Learning, Jake led a team of students in a student retention project, presenting innovative ideas to the Xavier board, showcasing his leadership and strategic planning abilities. During his time at Xavier, Jake competed in the Xavier Pitch Competition, where he placed first, and the BigEast Pitch Competition, where he placed third with the RateMyCollegeLandlord.com idea, empowering students to rate and review their landlords.

When Jake is not working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and playing pool.
