AGB Real Estate, in partnership with SL Cap and RBSR, LLC, celebrates their fourth motel conversion project together. Founded by local developer Adam Rosenberg, AGB Real Estate has gained a reputation for taking unloved properties through a significant metamorphosis into attainably priced and affordable living spaces.
