Josh joins Capstone after beginning his commercial real estate career with Cantrell & Morgan Inc, a development firm in Jacksonville, Florida. He is a determined real estate professional with a passion for cultivating relationships and adding value to clients by leveraging his tenured background of serving others.

Prior to starting his commercial real estate career, Josh worked as a firefighter and EMT for nearly a decade. He excelled in this role and found a passion for helping others.

Josh graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Economics in 2020. After completing his undergraduate degree, he continued his education by earning his MBA from Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business.

In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring various Nashville restaurants, and cheering on the Auburn Tigers.
