Capstone Brokers $24.25M Multifamily Sale in Wichita, KS

WICHITA, KS — Capstone Companies has successfully facilitated the $24.25M sale of Fox Run in Wichita, Kansas. The garden-style community was constructed in 1978 and is comprised of 336 units across 15.81 acres. Fox Run has a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom floorplans as well as a robust amenity package. Previous ownership had been in place for many years prior to the sale, resulting in Fox Run being one of the most well-maintained properties in the submarket.

The Capstone transaction team was led by William Forrest, David Dirkschneider, Mike Marrara, and Chris O’Hare, who represented the seller, B&J Fox/Wichita LLC, through a fully marketed sales process. The Capstone team also procured the buyer, Monarch Investment and Management Group.

“The buyer was impressed with the quality of this asset. The property was under long-term ownership and had been well maintained. Little deferred maintenance means the new owner can focus on incremental improvements to the units and overall operation of the property,” said Capstone Managing Director, William Forrest.

Fox Run benefits from its strategic location, just 10 minutes from downtown Wichita and within close proximity multiple dining and grocery options. The complex is also located directly across the street from the 40.15-acre W.B. Harrison Park. The property was 93%+ occupied at the time of sale.
