Capstone Investment Sales Advisor, Jordan Arand, facilitated the off-market sale, representing the seller, J Word Holdings. Arand led the transaction alongside Capstone Partner, Adam Klenk, Senior Advisor, Austin Heithcock, and Investment Sales Advisor, Josh White. The buyer is Creative Investments.
