The Capstone transaction team was led by William Forrest, David Dirkschneider, Mike Marrara, and Chris O’Hare, who represented the seller, Chisholm Creek Village, LLC, through a fully marketed sales process. The Capstone team also procured the buyer, Hamilton & Dove Properties.
