After a fruitful career in medical sales, Mike saw an opportunity to re-invent himself in the commercial real estate sector. In 2017, his entrepreneurial drive led to a successful new chapter of learning and growth as he started his own firm. Then, in 2019, Mike was approached by a founding partner of Capstone to join their growing brokerage team. The opportunity was once in a lifetime, and he jumped at the chance to join. After two years as the national director of sales for Capstone Companies (2019-2021), in which revenue grew 290%, Mike Mosher now leads the efforts of the firm to grow and better serve the needs of clients as he leads the Capstone Raleigh team and works in conjunction with the Capstone Carolina’s team.. In his more than 20-year career Mike has gained cross functional experience in multiple industries, including analytics, training, operations, and has led teams since 2008. Mike now

Michael earned two degrees, philosophy and theology, from Franciscan University of Steubenville while completing the rigorous four-year honors college program. Additionally, he received training from the Wharton School of Business, the University of North Carolina, and Gallup on leadership, management, emotional intelligence, hiring, productivity, and a host of other topics.

Michael’s personal passions include frequent exercise, taking clarity breaks to think on ways to improve himself and the business, church activities in his local parish, family time with his wife and four children, and recently has discovered that he is a mediocre but happy hack at golf.
