After thriving as a competitive athlete at the University of Idaho, Colton shifted his competitive drive into Commercial Real Estate. He prides himself on being hard-working, drive, and overly communicative throughout a transaction. He is a skilled negotiator with extensive knowledge of the multi-family sector and development space, focused on building long-term relationships. He has transacted hundreds of units in the Idaho market including affordable LIHTC product, value-add multi-family, and Class A market rate assets.

Colton is very knowledgeable of the development process, having been a part of multiple developments in different municipalities around the Boise MSA. He has experience structuring seller financing transactions and love to invest alongside his clients as well when the opportunity arises.

Colton enjoys the great outdoors of Idaho including camping, hiking, backpacking, or fishing. He enjoys fitness, traveling with family, and building lasting relationships with fellow entrepreneurs.
