Brennan DaCosta is an experienced real estate professional with a background in acquisitions, asset management, and development. Prior to joining Capstone’s Equity & Structured Finance team, he was in Asset Management and Development at a NYC-based multifamily investment and development firm. In his role, he was involved in growing the existing portfolio as well as bringing two ground-up development projects to market.

Prior to his time in NYC, he worked for The John Buck Company (JBC) as an Acquisitions and Development Associate in San Francisco. There he was deeply involved in acquisitions, underwriting, and rezoning/entitlements. Before JBC, Brennan resided in Boston, where he started his career in real estate as a Valuations Associate at TA Realty.

Brennan is a graduate of Bentley University where he earned his MBA Finance along with an M.S Finance and B.A. in Corporate Finance and Accounting. He played on the Men’s varsity soccer team all four years and continues to play in competitive leagues around NYC.

Brennan enjoys playing soccer, following his favorite sports teams, and being outside as much as possible.
