Steven Sirko has led an impressive career as an acquisitions and sales operations leader over his ten years working within the residential real estate industry. As a VP of Acquisitions for numerous institutionally backed investment firms turned senior analyst/operations manager, Steven has developed a unique perspective when it comes to asset valuation, sales process efficiency, and buy/sell channel development. His experience and success on the buy-side will serve as a key differentiator for Capstone’s MH/RV team and a value-add for their clients. Throughout Steven’s career, he has transacted on just shy of $700M in property, while the team’s he has lead totals roughly $4B.
Before joining the Capstone team, Steven was VP of Acquisitions at Castle Park Investments and Senior Associate of Acquisitions at Amherst Residential/Main Street Renewal. He holds a B.S. in Business Admin/Management from Post University and played D1 and D2 college baseball. In his spare time, you can find Steven playing golf or watching sports, trying new restaurants with his wife Jessica, and spending time with their fur baby, Hudson.Back to Our People Page
