Senior Investment Analyst
Ryan Chapman joined Capstone in 2022 as an investment analyst. In his previous role he worked as a Sales Associate for Realty1, specializing in sales and management of commercial and residential properties. He handled several difficult and strategic land assemblages for Switchgrass Capital Investments as well as sales and development of the Lark and Ember residential developments.
Ryan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance with minor in real estate from The University of Central Oklahoma. He has completed several courses in Urban Planning from the University of Oklahoma and recently received his CCIM designation from the National Association of Realtors. Ryan currently serves on the board of directors for the Edmond Young Professionals as well as the leadership board for LibertyFest in Edmond, OK.
