Senior Investment Analyst
Ryan Chapman, CCIM, joined Capstone in 2022 as an investment analyst and was promoted to Senior Investment Analyst in September 2023. In his role, he specializes in market data collection, research, and analysis, including cash flow analysis underwriting and Pro Forma forecasting with factual-based assumptions. He creates text, analytical, and graphical content for various client deliverables and supports brokers in the Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Dallas, and Austin offices.
Previously, Ryan worked as a Real Estate Development Associate at Switchgrass Capital LLC, where he assisted in the development and redevelopment of projects in downtown Edmond, managing site plans, architectural design, financial proformas, transaction management, leasing, and contractor coordination. He also gained experience as a Senior Level Finance Intern at Two Structures Homes and as a Sales Associate at Realty1, LLC, specializing in residential and commercial properties.
Ryan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in real estate from the University of Central Oklahoma. He has completed coursework in Business and Construction Management at Oklahoma State University and is currently pursuing Regional and City Planning at the University of Oklahoma. He earned his CCIM designation in May 2023.
Ryan serves on the board of directors for Edmond Young Professionals and LibertyFest in Edmond, OK. He also serves on the Central Edmond Urban District Board of Directors and as a Commissioner for the Edmond Planning Commission (Ward 1). Additionally, he is a member of the Urban Land Institute and has participated in national conferences for the American Society of Business and Behavioral Sciences and the National Conference for Undergraduate Research.
