RALEIGH, NC—Capstone Companies, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, is pleased to announce the expansion of the firm’s regional brokerage office in Raleigh, North Carolina with the addition of Jared Alcorn, Investment Sales Advisor. Additionally, the Raleigh team has opened a new office space downtown at 16 W Martin St Unit 401, where Alcorn will work alongside Investment Sales Advisor Travis Cundiff and Chief Executive Officer Mike Mosher.
Capstone’s Raleigh expansion fortifies the firm’s solid presence in the Carolinas and the greater Southeast region. Alcorn and Cundiff will be leading the team’s brokerage efforts in the Raleigh/Durham area and look forward to increasing the firm’s presence throughout Eastern North Carolina to better serve clients. Additionally, they will work closely with Capstone’s Charlotte-based brokerage team, which is led by Managing Director Ron Corrao and Director Eric Liebich.
Alcorn joins Capstone with ten years of commercial real estate experience including multi-family analytics, acquisitions, and private equity. In his most recent role as Senior Investment Sales Analyst at NorthMarq, he was responsible for financial analysis, marketing coordination, and transaction management as it related to all multi-family sales. Prior to that, Alcorn gained broad industry experience in various roles at firms including CBRE, Park Real Estate Inc, and Cohen Commercial Real Estate, where he assisted clients in the buying and selling of investment properties in Virginia, North Carolina, and West Virginia.
Alcorn will be relocating to Raleigh from Virginia where he grew up. In 2011, he graduated from Bridgewater College, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In his spare time, Alcorn enjoys playing golf, being outdoors, and spending time with his family.
