LAKELAND, FL—Capstone Manufactured Housing announces the $11.5 million sale of Oak Harbor: a 55+ RV and mobile home community in Haines City, Florida. The property is comprised of 125 RV sites and 73 manufactured housing sites on 65 lakeside acres.
Capstone’s Kevan Enger, Ian Hilpl, Brian Hummell, and Hunter LaRocca sold the property on behalf of James Anderson and procured the buyer, Phoenix-based Cove Acquisitions- Venture I.
“Oak Harbor is a beautiful, lakeside RV/MH park located within the dynamic I-4 Corridor in central Florida. The asset presents significant upside with a huge opportunity for continued development,” said Enger.
Amenities at Oak Harbor include private lake/canal frontage, a boat dock and ramp, two clubhouses, a library, laundry facilities, shuffleboard and horseshoes, billiards, and a storage area. The community was approximately 73% occupied at the time of closing.
