SAN DIEGO, CA | JANUARY 2024 — Capstone Companies is pleased to announce new leadership of its Manufactured Housing/Recreational Vehicle (MH/RV) brokerage team. Capstone remains committed to its industry leading presence in the MH/RV space and is confident in the team’s ability to continue driving success in the market.

Capstone’s MH/RV team is now led by Managing Director, Tanner Byers, an industry veteran known for his strategic vision, leadership, and prowess in negotiating deals and navigating complex real estate landscapes. Additionally, the team welcomes Senior Associate and Operations Manager, Steven Sirko, bringing with him 10 years of working within the residential real estate industry as an acquisitions and sales operations leader. Joining Byers and Sirko are two key members of the team: tenured Capstone MH/RV broker Jon Wilsman and Evan McLeod, a seasoned broker currently part of Capstone’s Pacific Northwest team. Wilsman, a Senior Advisor, joined Capstone in 2022 and has been an active contributor and leader in the MH/RV team’s success. McLeod joined Capstone in early 2023 as a Director and brings with him over a decade of brokerage experience. The team will operate out of San Diego, expanding Capstone’s market presence into the state of California.
