Kevan joined the entrepreneurial Capstone team in 2014. He became a partner in 2017 and currently serves as Director of Capstone’s Manufactured Housing Division while continuing to be an active contributor and leader in the company’s growth.

Leveraging Capstone’s strength and dominant multi-family platform, Kevan successfully created and built the Manufactured Housing Division from the ground up. In less than five years, Kevan has grown the division to more than ten team members, including four brokers, analysts, transaction managers, and researchers. Under Kevan’s leadership the MH Division has grown from a predominantly Southeast platform to become the leading brokerage team for mobile home parks nationwide.

Since joining Capstone, Kevan has earned “Top Producer” awards every year including multiple years at number one. In addition, he has achieved the coveted “Partners Circle” status three times.

Kevan is a regular participant in industry panels including the Southeast Community Owners Symposium (SECO) in Atlanta. He serves on the Editorial Board for MH Insider and has authored several articles that have been published in leading industry publications.

Kevan graduated from Clemson University with a degree in business management and now lives in Maitland, Florida with his wife and two kids. Together they enjoy boating, water sports, fishing, beach volleyball, and spending time outdoors.
