Josh is a Graduate of Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder with a BA in Finance and a Real Estate Certificate. His Real Estate Certificate was earned through demonstrating an understanding of real estate property markets; real estate capital markets; and the legal environment where real estate is built, bought, sold, valued, used as security for mortgages, taxed, owned and rented.

Josh is a highly motivated and thoughtful individual who diligently ensures every detail is correct. He’s enjoyed honing his analytical skills through evaluating financial reports and creating client deliverables for all types of multi-family properties, ranging from 2-300+ units. He’s also excelled at taking on transaction coordination duties by tackling all stages of a deal from writing LOIs, purchase contracts, counter proposals, agreements to amend/extend and making sure all documents are in order for closing.

In his free time, he loves action sports such as skateboarding, skiing and surfing. He will also often be out in nature doing activities such as camping, hiking and fishing.
