Chris Hardman, brings over a decade of apartment brokerage experience to the Capstone team. He most recently worked as an investment advisor at CPX in Seattle, where he was a part of one of the top multi-family teams in the firm. His team brokered nearly half a billion dollars in transaction volume, selling properties in primary markets such as Seattle, to tertiary markets on the far eastern side of the state, and everything in-between.

Chris grew up in California, originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, he moved to Seattle in 2013 to attend the University of Washington where he received his degree in Business and Corporate Communications. When he is not in the office, you can find him on the golf course, attending sporting events and concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
