Adam joined Capstone in early 2022. He brings eight years’ experience within the real estate industry, spanning from project and property management to leasing and business development. In addition to his time at Capstone, Adam is currently getting his Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development at the University of Denver, where he is expanding his knowledge of the commercial real estate industry in such areas as financial modeling, analysis, and feasibility.

He has a proven ability to lead and execute large project teams as a skilled problem solver who understands how to motivate those around him in order to realize a client’s vision. In addition, Adam is ambitious and results driven with a passion for going above and beyond client expectations.

In his free time, Adam loves playing pick-up basketball and football, obstacle course racing, and traveling the world. Originally from the east coast, Adam has fully embraced the Colorado lifestyle as he has become an avid skier in the winter and enjoys trail running, hiking, and archery the rest of the year.
