This report provides operational data and represents 120+ apartment communities, consisting of 20,600+ units and covering 20+ million square footages. The parameters used for the data selection include properties comprised of 50 units or more within the South Carolina market, excluding all low-income housing (i.e., tax credit) properties. While these averages are representatives of a select pool of survey participants, the average expense information and trends are typically consistent across the market. The data compiled in this report is based on actual profit and loss statements provided from owners.
