Core Responsibilities

  • Sell existing assets in the multi-family industry (market rate, affordable, and student housing), development sites, and manufactured housing
  • Call on potential clients and prospect new relationships
  • Extend the well-established and respected Capstone brand and culture
  • Underwrite assets and understand cash flow models
  • Proofread content for client deliverables
  • Oversee brokerage transaction needs
  • Consistently demonstrate the application of company values in all business interactions

Compensation

  • Competitive commission package
  • Full commissioned brokers typically take home $200,000+ annually

Core Responsibilities

  • Continue the Firm’s equity and structured finance advisory business development efforts and initiatives nationally.
  • Operate in your Primary Service Line for third-party equity and debt financing. This includes business development, client relations, transaction oversight, day to day brokerage activities, implementation of Firm initiatives and growth strategies, market interaction (sponsors, investors, and brokers), and continual self-education of industry knowledge and your markets of coverage.
  • You will be expected to divide your services and time amongst business development, client service, brokerage services, and other initiatives of Capstone as determined by the Firm.
  • Grow and cultivate Capstone’s regional owner, investor, developer, and investor CRM database to include owner records, contact information, contact tracking, and follow-up scheduling.
  • Attend brokerage sales-focused Firm meetings and assist with preparation for client meetings and deliverables.
  • Assist in Firm database management and content updating.
  • Interact and work in conjunction with the Firm’s Investment Advisory Team in various on-going transactional needs, client relations, and business development initiatives.
  • Intimate involvement in the lead generation, relationship building, and sales processes, both from an individual and organizational standpoint.
  • Collaboration with other Capstone offices and regions in the pursuit of client engagement.
  • Always maintain a professional demeanor and appearance and be timely and reliable with the agreed upon delivery schedule for all project assignments.
  • Additional roles and responsibilities, as well as individual and market center performance goals and hurdles will be determined in the coming months.
