CHARLOTTE, NC—For the second year in a row, Capstone Companies appears on the Charlotte Business Journal’s annual Best Places to Work list, ranking number 13 among mid-size companies. The prestigious annual award recognizes Capstone as an employer whose benefits, policies, and practices are among the best in the Charlotte area.

Capstone was selected by Quantum Workplace, who evaluates each of the nominated employers in several different size categories on behalf of the Charlotte Business Journal. Each company is scored based on anonymous employee surveys that gauge workforce engagement and satisfaction. Survey results are used to determine which employers have the most exceptional workplace cultures where employees across a wide variety of job responsibilities feel valued.
