Capstone Closes $8.12 Million Sale of 128-Unit Garden Apartments in West Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—Capstone Apartment Partners has closed the $8.12 million sale of Woodbrier Apartments: 128-unit garden-style asset in West Oklahoma City. Situated right off the historic Route 66, the property is proximate to an abundance of retail and dining.

The Capstone Oklahoma brokerage team of David Dirkschneider, William Forrest, Mike Marrara, and Chris O’Hare sold the asset on behalf of Woodbrier Associates, and procured the buyer, Menara Partners.

“Menara Partners was drawn to the park-like grounds and low density of this property. They plan to improve curb appeal and landscaping and update unit interiors. They also plan for management efficiencies as the asset fits well with their current ownership footprint,” said Marrara.

Built in 1971, Woodbrier Apartments is comprised of one- and two-bedroom apartment homes in flat and townhome-style floorplans. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, window coverings, spacious closets, and a fireplace. Community amenities include two swimming pools, a clubhouse, fitness center, picnic/grilling area, and laundry facilities. Woodbrier Apartments was approximately 91.4% occupied at the time of closing.
