CHARLOTTE, NC—Capstone Land Sales has arranged the $3.32 million sale of a 27-acre townhome development site in Charlotte’s Pineville suburb. Located at 12600 Rock Hill-Pineville Rd, the site offers unparalleled access to both I-77 and I-485, as well as proximity to major employers and retail destinations in both Ballantyne and the Southwest Charlotte submarket.
Capstone’s Ron Corrao, Caleb Troop, Brian Ford, and Eric Liebich sold the property on behalf of a local family who had owned the land for generations. The buyer, Stanley Martin Homes, plans to build 166 for-sale Charleston-style townhomes with spacious three-story floorplans. The townhome community will include a full on-site resident amenity center.
