MURFREESBORO, TN—Capstone Land Sales has closed the $3,862,000 sale of Brookhaven Villas: a 9.84-acre multi-family development site in the red-hot Nashville suburb of Murfreesboro. The site is situated off Memorial Blvd on the north side of Murfreesboro, walkable to a new ALDI as well as over 20,000 square feet of brand new retail and dining.

The booming development in the area is powered by strong demographics, zoning for top-rated schools, and proximity to major employers. The Brookhaven Villas site is within a mile of two of the city’s largest employers: the headquarters of State Farm Insurance and the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center.

The Capstone Land Sales transaction team was led by Adam Klenk and Austin Heithcock.

The developer plans to build a 168-unit, surface park luxury apartment community on the land. Construction will begin soon after closing and is anticipated to take 18 months to complete.
