The Charlotte-based Capstone brokerage team of Thomas Colaiezzi, Ron Corrao, Eric Liebich, Travis Cundiff, Jourdan Sullivan, and Matt Weinstein facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller. The buyer is California-based Ascenda Capital.
