William Forrest began his real estate career in Oklahoma City as the founder of the multi-family specialty with CBRE in 1985. At CBRE, William and his team were responsible for sale of over 400 multi-family assets totaling 72,000 units and more than $1.8 billion in consideration.
In 2000 CBRE/Oklahoma was formed as an independently owned affiliate with CBRE, Inc. As a principal of the company William’s role was multifaceted, serving as both managing director of the Oklahoma City office and as a multi-family specialist. In 2015, CBRE/Oklahoma was purchased by CBRE, Inc., where William continued his role as an advisory and transaction broker with the multi-family group until joining Capstone in November of 2020.
