As an Investment Sales Advisor with Capstone Companies, Nic specializes in multi-family investment properties in the greater Colorado Springs area. Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Nic has long-term close relationships in the community and provides a unique insight into the local market. Nic excels at building long-relationships with his clients, helping them achieve their lifestyle, wealth, and investment goals.
Before his real estate career, Nic spent four years playing collegiate hockey at the University of Wisconsin-SP and the next few years living his dream of playing professional ice hockey, both in the States and Internationally. Nic then pursued his love of the outdoors becoming a successful fly-fishing guide maintaining lasting relationships with clients. Nic comes to Capstone from Steamboat Springs, CO leaving a successful career in Orthopedic medical sales where he leveraged quality and trusting relationships with surgeons and staff. He achieved these goals through a relentless commitment to hard work, consistent daily improvement, and holding himself to the highest standards. He consistently pushes others to be their best and challenges them to grow. When he’s not in the office, Nic spends his time with his family and enjoying everything the outdoors has to offer, including fly-fishing, hunting, golfing and hiking.
