Senior Investment Analyst
Prior to joining Capstone, Melanie worked for a boutique brokerage firm that specialized in manufactured housing. While she primarily oversaw the underwriting and transaction management on single and portfolio assets, she was also responsible for strengthening client relations. From her experience, she brings over a wealth of industry knowledge and cash flow analysis expertise.
Melanie has a BA from Rollins College and an MBA from the Crummer School of Business. Her unique educational background and business experience has afforded Melanie to quickly adapt and work toward success.
Currently, Melanie lives in Orlando, Florida with her husband and dog, Bolt. She and her husband are big fans of the Tampa Bay Lightning and enjoy trying new restaurants in Central Florida.
