Investment Analyst
Jeff joined Capstone in 2022 as an investment analyst for the Charlotte team.
Prior to joining Capstone, Jeff was part of the Multi-Family Research team at CoStar Group. At CoStar group, his main objective was capturing and analyzing critical multi-family CRE data, supporting tens of thousands of CRE professionals across the United States daily. Jeff graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
In his free time, Jeff enjoys reading, traveling, singing, photography, scuba diving, car racing, and playing chess. Since he is an avid art connoisseur, you will likely catch him at art exhibits/museums. You might also see him with a mic, performing for a few strangers in New York City.
