Chief Brand Officer
Desirée Rogers brings more than 10 years of experience in communications, marketing, and management to her role at Capstone. She is responsible for orchestrating the design and content strategy across the marketing team at Capstone, with a continual focus of increasing Capstone’s global brand awareness to help drive business results. She has daily oversight of the company’s client deliverables, website, social media, and organizational development and expansion.
Prior to joining Capstone, Desirée acted in the role of Senior Production Manager of Publishing Services at Author Solutions: a Penguin Random House Company. She managed three international publishing imprints that generated a cumulative $15.5 million dollars annually. She directed the work of nearly 100 representatives who provided strategic guidance and produced online, print, as well as marketing and collateral materials for a wide range of clients that resulted in an average of 900 titles published monthly. Desirée graduated with honors from Indiana University with a degree in English Literature.
