Caleb Troop


Caleb is a multi-family commercial real estate professional with a true passion for assisting clients with meeting their goals. In addition to his work with existing asset disposition assignments, Caleb helps oversee the Land Sales service line across the Carolinas. He advises both land owners and developers throughout the process, from the early stages of site identification to contract negotiation and entitlement. Caleb exhibits a keen understanding of the various factors affecting development for several asset types, including urban infill, mixed-use, affordable housing tax credit projects and suburban residential assets. Caleb is a member of the Urban Land Institute and sits on the Carolinas’ Young Leaders Regional Initiative Council.

Prior to joining the Capstone team, Caleb spent several years inside Wells Fargo’s East Coast headquarters in Charlotte working within the company’s marketing and technology groups. Early in his professional career, he worked at NBC-TV in Charlotte where he played a key role in coverage of the 2012 Democratic National Convention.

Originally from St. Louis, MO, he graduated from Ohio University. He and his wife attend Forest Hill Church; enjoy spending time with their dog, Chloe; playing golf; and visiting all of Charlotte’s new restaurants and breweries.
