Located in Capstone’s Charlotte office, Caleb has experience across a broad spectrum of asset disposition work, from institutional Class A new construction properties to private client and affordable housing brokerage efforts. Capstone’s top overall producer in 2020, and a CoStar Power Broker award winner, he has led or been meaningfully involved in more than $1 billion in multi-family brokerage in the last 2+ years. Notable clients include Graycliff Capital, The Spectrum Cos., Terwilliger Pappas, Southwood Realty, RK Investors, Tribute Companies, Carter Multi-Family, Lantower Residential, Equity Residential, Elmington Capital, Corigin, Evolve Companies, and many more.

In addition to his work with existing asset disposition assignments, Caleb helps oversee the Land Sales service line across the Carolinas. He advises both landowners and multi-family developers throughout the process, from the early stages of site identification to contract negotiation and entitlement work.

Prior to joining the Capstone team in 2016, Caleb spent several years inside Wells Fargo’s East Coast headquarters in Charlotte working within the company’s marketing and technology groups.

Originally from St. Louis, MO, he graduated from Ohio University and enjoys playing golf, vacationing with his wife and son on Kiawah Island, and attending New City Church.
