Transaction Coordinator
Avery Goldman joins the Capstone team with a diverse background in portfolio and property management, sales, and social work. With her experience, Goldman brings strengths in transaction oversight and leadership, as well as extensive knowledge of the real estate market. She will be responsible for supporting the Colorado Springs team in the on-going transactional needs from start to finish, as well as client relations and all business development needs.
Originally from Bloomington, Indiana, she moved to Colorado in 2022 with her husband, Caleb, and their three pets – Scout, Kip, and Higgins. In her free time, she enjoys being outside and exploring Colorado with her family!
Education: Goldman is a graduate of Indiana University holding a Bachelor of Social Work degree.
