By filling all of the sites at the new lot rents, a new owner could realize $210,000 of immediate income. Furthermore, there are approximately 80 additional, undeveloped sites MHP, which would increase the portfolio site count to 476 sites. Developing and leasing only half of those sites would increase income by another $336,000. This offering presents the opportunity to acquire 4 stabilized communities in growing markets.
