On behalf of 063 Development (the “Developer”), Capstone is pleased to present a Co-GP opportunity to finance the development(s) of Aviation Place and/or 61st and Tower. The projects total 739 units and will be part of PEÑA Station NEXT, a 220-acre, $500 million transit-oriented development (TOD) community.
Once completed the TOD will feature:
1 Million Square Feet of Commercial Space
300,000 Square Feet for Retail Outlets
A-Line Rail Access to DIA & Union Station
