Capstone, based in Charlotte, NC, is pleased to announce the launch of the brokerage firm’s new regional office in Atlanta, GA. Capstone’s new Atlanta office is led by managing director, Sean Henry, and director, Dan McBurney. Henry has a long-standing track record of success across the Southeast in various markets among numerous institutional clients and will leverage McBurney’s private client track record to build out Capstone’s comprehensive, multi-faceted brokerage and advisory platform in the Atlanta MSA.
Henry and McBurney each bring decades of multi-family experience to the Capstone team, enhancing the firm’s robust market coverage throughout the eastern United States. Henry has closed over $6 billion in multi-family transactions with many of the nation’s largest public and private pension plans and REITS, and has a tremendous amount of deep-rooted, long-standing industry relationships. McBurney brings significant multi-housing expertise with private client capital and has extensive experience across multiple facets of the multi-housing industry from new development to value-add to condo roll-up deals.
This latest expansion into Atlanta strengthens Capstone’s presence in the Southeast’s major markets and leverages the firm’s consistent focus on rapid growth and expansion in the multi-housing industry. The team will be supported in Atlanta by investment analyst, Robert Yates, and has already been working to expand the initial team to enable market share growth throughout Georgia and Alabama.
