TAMPA, FL—Capstone Companies, based in Charlotte, NC, is pleased to announce the expansion of the firm’s multi-housing investment sales brokerage team in its Tampa office. Kyle Kaylor, Director, and Nasser Al-Hafi, Investment Sales Advisor, both bring significant expertise and experience in various roles across multiple facets of the multi-housing industry, as well as extensive apartment sector relationships that will allow Capstone to strengthen its robust coverage across various Florida markets.
Capstone’s Tampa office was established in 2014. Since its inception, the team has contributed to Capstone’s $3.0B+ in multi-family transactions to date. The Tampa office is led by Managing Director, Jad Richa, and bolstered by the tenured multi-housing expertise of Senior Advisor, Brian Hunsicker, and Investment Sales Advisor, Tom Huffsmith.

Kyle Kaylor has over a decade of multi-housing and commercial real estate experience. During his career in real estate investment banking, he raised more than $30B in debt and equity capital for various institutional, private, and public clients. Prior to this, Kyle served more than eight years as a United States Naval Officer. He will primarily focus on co-leading the firm’s existing Equity Solutions service line alongside Bryse Toothaker in the firm’s Charlotte office. Capstone’s Equity Solutions service line assist clients by sourcing capital for various real estate development projects and investments across the firm’s entire United States footprint.
Nasser Al-Hafi has a strong background in both commercial real estate lending and multi-family development, excelling in various roles as a portfolio manager of a $300M+ commercial real estate loan portfolio and assisting in the ground-up construction of over 500 multi-family units. His experience on both the lending and development sides of the industry will allow him to better serve Capstone clients in their transactional and advisory needs.
