JACKSONVILLE, FL—Capstone Companies, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, is pleased to announce the expansion of the firm’s regional brokerage office in Jacksonville, Florida with the addition of William Bruce, Investment Sales Advisor. Bruce will work alongside Investment Sales Advisor, Cameron Hooper, who has led Capstone’s Jacksonville team since it was established in mid-2021. Bruce and Hooper will also work closely with Capstone’s brokerage team in Tampa, which is headed by Managing Director, Jad Richa.

Bruce joins Capstone after an impressive six-year career with BBVA/PNC, most recently as a Branch Manager Senior (DMLO). While at BBCA/PNC, he was awarded LBE Circle Winner in 2019, 2020, and 2021, and was named East Territory Lead in 2022. Additionally, Bruce propelled his team from a ranking of #649 to #14 in less than six months as a new Branch Manager.

Bruce grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and attended the University of North Florida, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management. Since then, he obtained Series 7, 63, and 66 FINRA Investment Licenses. In his spare time, Bruce enjoys golfing, traveling, exercising, and spending time with his friends, family, and girlfriend.

Since the inception of Capstone’s Jacksonville office last year, Hooper has had remarkable success with a strong deal pipeline ahead including land, existing multi-family, and value-add opportunities. Additionally, Hooper’s career background managing large pension funds provides tremendous insight into what is currently happening in capital markets.
