CINCINNATI, OH—Capstone is pleased to welcome Corey Mason, a new Investment Sales Advisor and University of Cincinnati alum, to its Cincinnati brokerage team.
Corey specializes in multi-housing brokerage throughout the tri-state area of Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. He joins Capstone after working as a broker for two years at Colliers International where he was a Top 5 Producer and created deal flow from institutional investors and private owners throughout the tri-state area.
Prior to joining Colliers, Corey got his start in commercial real estate as a research analyst at CBRE. In that role, he provided support and gathered data for brokers regarding economic development, new transactions, and wrote quarterly market reports. Corey gained extensive knowledge about the real estate market in these roles with the proven ability to understand his clients’ needs, analyze market conditions, and put people first.
Capstone, a Charlotte-based firm, opened its Cincinnati office in 2016. The team has sold approximately 60,000 units throughout the Midwest since it was established. In the last 12 months alone, the team has brokered $250 million in multi-family sales.
Capstone’s Cincinnati team consists of Managing Director Stasiu Geleszinski, Senior Advisors Nathan Murphy and Sherief Gouda, and Senior Investment Analyst Zach Jansen.
