CINCINNATI, OH—Capstone Companies is pleased to announce the expansion of the firm’s Cincinnati brokerage office with the addition of a satellite office in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Indianapolis office will be led by investment sales advisor, Kevin Burns, who brings more than 25 years of multi-faceted sales and management experience
Kevin Burns joins Capstone after working as general manager and co-owner of Enviro-Master Services of Indianapolis. Prior to that, he was a property manager for Property Management Solutions in Naples, Florida for nearly 19 years. Kevin is also an experienced entrepreneur who understands how to initiate, scale, and maximize profits of new businesses. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, exercising, playing golf, snow skiing, DIY projects, and spending time with friends, family, and his two Labrador Retrievers.
Kevin joins a close-knit Cincinnati brokerage team comprised of Stash Geleszinski, Sherief Gouda, and Nathan Murphy, who have been working together for eight years and have closed or are under contact on an impressive $160 million YTD in sales volume. The team is also bolstered by the skills and expertise of investment analyst William Thurner, who has over four years of commercial real estate experience.
The addition of an Indianapolis office will allow the Cincinnati team to strengthen their already robust presence in the state of Indiana. Throughout their brokerage careers, Geleszinski, Gouda, and Murphy have transacted more than $150 million in Indiana, with a steady stream of deals to follow. The team also has over $175 million on market and currently available in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky.
Last year Capstone added new offices in Denver, Colorado Springs, and Jacksonville, and anticipates several additional office expansions, new business lines, and technology innovations this year to generate higher returns and a seamless experience for its clients.
