JACKSONVILLE, FL—Capstone Companies, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is pleased to announce the launch of the brokerage firm’s new regional office in Jacksonville, Florida. Capstone’s new Jacksonville office is led by investment sales advisor, Cameron Hooper, who has extensive experience facilitating debt and equity for various projects, creating models and pro forma, and maintaining relationships with debt and equity groups.
Cameron joins Capstone after working as a director of finance for the Corner Lot Companies. His role focused on the financial oversight and forecasting for multiple entities under the Corner Lot brand including Breeze Homes, Corner Lot Development Group, and Corner Lot Living, their multi-family arm. Prior to joining Corner Lot, Cameron was a financial advisor for 7 years at various firms including Morgan Stanley and Janney Montgomery Scott.

Cameron grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and accepted a golf scholarship to Coastal Carolina University. While obtaining his bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and master’s degree in Business Administration, Cameron became an Academic All-American and was co-captains with the world #1 golfer, Dustin Johnson. Cameron is an accomplished amateur golfer, winning the 2013 Georgia Mid-Amateur Championship. In his spare time, Cameron enjoys kitesurfing, golfing, and spending time with his fiancé, Holly, and their dog, Chad.
