MIDWAY, TN — Tread Property Services, LLC recently purchased Greeneleigh Village: a 108-unit mobile home community located in Midway, TN. Midway is a rural, unincorporated community within Greene County, which benefits from its prime location just off of Interstate 81 between Johnson City and Knoxville.
American Patriot Bank sold the asset for $2M, or $18,518 per door, after receiving multiple bids. The purchase of Greeneleigh Village marked Tread Property Services’ third mobile home park purchase in the Southeast as they were drawn to the property’s immediate upside opportunities.
