The 79-lot asset was sold to Affordable Communities Group, LLC for $1,259,000, or $15,936 per lot, from MHP Holdings, LLC. The buyer owns multiple manufactured housing assets and continues to actively purchase MH properties. “The purchase of Hickory Village was a great opportunity for the buyer to purchase a value-add asset in his backyard,” said Enon Winkler.
